TEAMBOARD 🎯 The teamboard is a crucial visual tool to effectively communicate with the team and facilitate in-person connections within the group. Main objectives Share information related to office closures, holidays, training sessions or workshops, interesting articles on fashion, new product specifics or policies, dates and times of upcoming events, etc. Introduce new joiners: welcome new team members and post their short bios, professional and personal. Motivate and inspire employees with pictures of recent store events or gatherings, with a rotating "Monday motivation funny picture" or an inspiring quote, etc. Strengthen the sense of community by posting birthdays, personal events (births, weddings ...) and different social or work-related activities. Reward employees: celebrate a promotion, congratulate staff members for their achievements or on making it through a tough assignment. Invite feedback to help employees feel valued. Use the teamboard to share thoughts, ideas, and suggestions.

âť— Be careful to find out about and make a note of team members who do not want to make personal information public. Structure and content The board's size, shape, and overall look depend on the aesthetics and limitations of back-office space. Find creative ways to animate the teamboard using different fabrics, colours, and pictures.

Keep the content neat, eye-catching, and fun. Don't fall into clichés (Santa and snowmen at Christmas ...). Give the teamboard appropriate wit and thoughtful consideration.

âť— The teamboard should reflect the company's overall identity and the store atmosphere.

Set up and update Install the teamboard in an area of the back office that everyone visits every day. To ensure fresh and useful content, revise the figures and KPIs daily and the rest of the board at least once a week. Involve team members by rotation and consider assigning the task to pairs to foster teamwork.

âť— Be mindful of absence and vacations by taking a picture of the teamboard and sending it to team members who may not have a chance to see it.
